Well, Tate's walking.  Heartbreak.  Excitement.  Pride.  Sadness.  All rolled up into one crazy, nameless emotion.  It just happened, just like that.  It was Sunday the 15th that he realized he can get from point A to point B by walking.  And he does.  He's doing really well with it.   He will still fall a lot and revert back to crawling to finish out his journey, but I think he'll be walking by the time he is officially 15 months old (4 days away).  I'm one big mess about it too.  I've already cried several times because my baby is no longer a baby!  And it is definitely not time for another one!!  Anyone have a newborn they'd like to loan me?   Baylee is being such a sweetheart.  Making up for Tate being a huge pill I guess.  We went to grandma's house earlier this week to stop me from killing one, if not both, of them.  It worked.  Both kids are still breathing.  Success!    ...
I'm in the other room and Baylee and Tate are in our bedroom.  Baylee is bossing Tate around and keeping him out of things like she does and then I hear her say excitedly, yet calm, "A picture of Jesus!"  Then even more calmly and quietly, "I remember you."  Sweet moments.   Then I heard her reading, "guh aw duh".  She was reading my Faith in God For Girls booklet.  She even opened it and started talking about going to church with grandma?  Then said the end.  As she was trying to read "God" and sound it out, she was getting confused and deemed it said "dog".  Same letters, must be confusing.  We've spelled and read "dog" with her a lot, but never "God".
Baylee reading scriptures.  And being a ham.  As per usual. Tate helping daddy fix the fence.

Videos as Promised;)

Playing at grandpa's office. Possibly the best dollar we've ever spent. Summer wanted Dustin to witness Baylee calling her by name. Baylee can sleep through anything!  (Except the night.  Grr.)  I'm pretty sure he was leaning over and pulling her hair and hitting her head at one point. More to come at a normal hour.
