Us Against Them

     We just got back from our 16 week appointment and everything is looking good!  I was pretty nervous about this appointment, mainly because of the decision I had to make on whether or not we would start me on a weekly shot of progesterone.  I decided not to do it and the doctor seemed quite fine with it really.  He said it's still a pretty new thing and chances are if we don't do anything it's not likely we'll have another Baylee baby.  But I will have to go on bed rest at 28 weeks.  I'm not sure how that will be handled.  I definitely think I prefer being overly lazy to a huge oil based shot in the toosh that supposedly hurts like heck each week!  Needless to say, I'm very glad the doc wasn't pushing us to do the shots.      We also scheduled our 20 week ultrasound!  We find out the sex of the baby in one month!!!  And I'm already freaking out about finding a babysitter.  Seems like babysitte...

     This is my new everyday life it seems.  She thinks everything I want to do for her benefit is the funniest thing in the entire world!  It all started just last Sunday as I was getting ready for church (and running late as always) and she was playing in our closet, door shut.  I asked Baylee want to get dressed for church?  She started laughing so hard and so fake and then near the end of this laughter says "de-dressed".  Like it's ridiculous that I could ever want to dress her.  Then closes that off with a little more trailing laughter.  In the video you can hear her at the end do the "dressed" one too.  She is so crazy!

Baylee playing on the floor of our bathroom while I get ready.  Funny girl.  I asked her to smile and she said no!  Then after I took a picture she started laughing.

    Baylee grabbed the top of a banana box and brought it up on the couch with her.  How perfect that there's a hole in the top so I can still see the TV!  Haha she must've thought she was genius.  Oh and she takes her jammies off EVERY morning, so she's a nakey baby under there. And then a few days after I had this poor baby :( I'm pretty sure her two year molars came in.  She was fevering and fatigued.  I think she had 4 naps that day.  Not little ones either.  We laid on the couch and watched movies all day.  I think I took 2 of those 4 naps with her:)

    She loves the little Elmo grandma and grandpa got for her for Christmas.  I must say, that was one's a keeper!

   We took a trip to the mall just a few days before Christmas for whatever nutty reason.  It definitely felt like a few HOURS before Christmas.  It was packed.  We went into Aeropostale looking at the shirts on sale.  Dustin found some to try on but Baylee was more than ready to go.  I took her out of the store and we started walking through the mall with Baylee leading the way.  We made it to Santa's North Pole or whatever.  I told Baylee that Santa is over there and asked if she wanted to see.  She's always been afraid of Santa before.  Even when she sees him on TV.  But this time she pulled me right over and wanted to see.  I showed her the fairly distant Santa and told her to wave buh-byes.  She started throwing a tantrum!  Kicking and screaming, "Ss-santa!"  I tried explaining to her that we need to go find daddy and then we can go see Santa again.  Well I must've won world's best parent award as ...

One of the first things Baylee did when we moved in was learn to fly.  In fact I think this was the morning after we moved in.  Not sure though.  She climbed on the coffee table and lifted her legs, then proceeded to lift her arms and said "fa-fly".  Of course we snapped about a billion pictures!  And I got a video too:)

Dustin's mom does a Grandkids Christmas Party each year.  It's very cute!  A little while before Christmas she sets up a time where all the grandkids come over and have snacks and color time and fun and games.  I think Baylee enjoyed it quite a bit this year.  And I'm so grateful to mom and Shalyce for deciding to take pictures of the kids upon arrival.  Here's Baylee before the party begins. And then after doing all that work mom took a picture of each kid and put it on some beautiful paper with a poem and room for the kids to write and I love you type of message to mom and dad.  AND put it in an 8x10 frame.  It's really cute and currently our ONLY decoration up in our new home.

Baylee and I both fell asleep on the couch which watching Tangled. I know it's been a long time since I blogged so it will be a lot of random and probably old.  Some of these are pre-move.  :)

     Well, we're officially moved into grandma's house.  It's a disaster in here currently, but we are slowly getting settled in.  Dustin starts school on Wednesday.  I think he's nervous but excited.  It's been awhile since he was in school.  My bad.  :)  Baylee loves the new place.  I'm so glad too, I was a little nervous about it.  She's handled it all really well though.  She loves playing in the bath tubs of all things!  While we work in the bedroom or bathroom she plays in the empty tub.  Sometimes bringing teddy and Elmo in to keep her company I guess.      What else?  I'm now 12 weeks pregnant.  I feel like a lard.  Seriously like a huge cow!!  Pretty much all I do is eat and sleep.  And, surprisingly, I'm not enjoying it.  Weird, I know.  Oh and it doesn't help that I only ever want complete junk!      Baylee's talking a wh...
