Kisses

I've been pretty busy trying to get all packed up.  I still can't believe we're moving in only 5 days!  I'm not ready.  I tried to do a post last night but the video wouldn't load so I'll just tell the story.  It was time to get ready for bed so I asked Baylee if Dustin could go change her diaper.  She shook her head, no.  I asked if I could go change her diaper.  She shook her head, no.  I asked if aunt Jenna could go change her diaper.  "Deup!"  Oh ok, you want aunt Jenna to go change your diaper?  "Deup!"  hahaha.  I don't know why I asked but I did, and she wanted aunt Jenna.  We got that on tape too the second time.  It was cute.  Then we also tried aunt Camber, aunt Summer, and grandma.  Everyone got a yes except aunt Summer.  Sorry Sums, no bum changing for you. ;)      Anyway, we just got back from Temple Square.  It was really fun.  W...

Please Don't Sing, Mom

Yesterday, Baylee and I were playing in my bedroom.  She likes to play in our closet.  So she naturally made her way over there, opening and closing the door with herself inside.  I sat at the foot of the bed just outside the closet so she could entertain herself much longer.  I was kind of bored so I started singing Journey songs.  Baylee freaked out!!  "MOM!"  Every time I sang anything she would scream at me until I stopped and said "what?".  We probably went through about 20 minutes of that.  She would start screaming at me from far away too and if I didn't stop she would literally get "hopping mad".  She would jump while she screamed mom and get closer to me and start tapping my cheek.  I don't know why.  I guess it just confirms my already known fact that I can't sing:).      She eventually died down on the whole screaming at me thing and when I would sing she started poi...

Oh the Joys!

Oh the joys of being pregnant!!  I'm so hungry I feel like throwing up.  If I don't eat soon I really may just pass out!  I knew exactly what I was craving (since last night) so that was really nice.  I even had the means to make it on a Sunday without having to run to the store or waiting til tomorrow.  Although I did have to send Dustin to his parents for the key ingredient of carrots, which is what I was really craving.  I took the hour plus it takes to make this wonderful dish that I so desperately wanted only to have it come out a complete failure!      Now I have to wait yet another 30 minutes  before the back up pizza is done.  My body just couldn't wait that long so I made my self my go to thing for this pregnancy.  Chocolate milk.  I drank it secretly in the kitchen like I was some sort of alcoholic because I didn't want my daughter to see what I was drinking.  And now that I've had ...

"Ja-Jump"

Lately Baylee loves jumping.  Since we don't go out on the tramp very often she finds other places that will allow good jumps.  She often asks as we're getting her ready for bed, "ja-jump".  She jumps from the corner of her room to us.  Then my new favorite is that she treats her bedroom floor as a tramp.  She'll jump up and land on her bum.  Looks like it probably hurts, but she seems to like it.  She'll do it 4 or 5 times in a row.

Ring Around the Rosy

One of Baylee's favorite games is ring around the rosy.  She started playing it by herself one day, randomly, in the house.  She calls it "ashes".

"Uh-oh"

Baylee's new favorite word seems to be "uh-oh".  If anything falls, or anything goes awry in any little way, "uh-oh".  We were visiting Dustin at work and she had teddy.  She was test driving a toy tractor type thing, when she picked up Teddy and threw him to the floor.  Before he even hit the floor she's saying "uh-oh.  He fall."  Yeah, Baylee, he fell?  Or did you hurl him to the ground?  Everything is also "fall".  Never "I throw."
